    Q: I have a 2004 SAAB 9-5 Aero with an automatic transmission. Will this fit?
    A: Yes, absolutely. This radiator is designed to fit all 1999-2009 SAAB 9-5 models, including your high-performance Aero. It's compatible with both the B205 (2.0L Turbo) and B235 (2.3L Turbo) engines, and works with both Manual (MT) and Automatic (AT) transmissions, as it has the built-in cooler for the automatic transmission fluid.
    Q: Is installation difficult?
    A: For an experienced DIYer or a professional mechanic, the installation is very straightforward. It's a direct-fit replacement that uses the factory mounting points and clips. The main steps involve draining the old coolant, removing the fans, hoses, and old radiator, and then installing the new one in reverse order. For automatic models, the transmission cooler lines need to be connected to the new ports on the bottom of the radiator.
    Q: Besides durability, what actual performance benefits does this radiator offer?
    A: The performance benefits are significant. SAAB's turbocharged engines are very sensitive to heat. Our all-aluminum radiator has a higher thermal efficiency, allowing it to dissipate heat more effectively and maintain a more stable operating temperature under load. This means more consistent turbo boost, reduced heat soak, and can even improve your A/C's performance in traffic because the condenser is cooled more efficiently.
    Q: Why is this radiator more reliable than the original SAAB part?
    A: This is designed to solve a very well-known common problem. The original SAAB 9-5 radiator is infamous for its plastic end tanks, which become brittle over time and lead to cracks and catastrophic coolant loss, especially around the hose necks. Our radiator is constructed from 100% TIG-welded aluminum, which completely eliminates these weak plastic components. It's a permanent solution to a very common problem.
    Q: Should I consider adding a fan kit?
    A: If your original fan assembly is aging or has failed, this is an excellent opportunity for an upgrade. A modern slim electric fan kit can be more reliable and may offer higher airflow than the stock fans. When used with a shroud, it ensures air is pulled evenly across the entire radiator core, further improving cooling at low speeds or idle and giving you extra security and peace of mind.

      My tracking number doesn't work!

      Shipping labels are generated only after orders are fully packaged, weighed, and sealed to ensure accuracy. Tracking updates depend on the carrier's initial scan during pickup. Occasionally, delays occur if the driver fails to scan the package upon collection, which may result in no tracking updates until the delivery stage.

      2. Delivery Assurance Protocol:
      While un-scanned packages rarely go missing, we advise allowing up to two weeks from the shipment date for delivery completion before escalating the issue. This grace period accounts for potential carrier processing delays.

      3. Lost Package Resolution:
