Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage Overview
At GEA Racing, we stand behind the quality of our products. All GEA Racing items are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of manufacture. If your product experiences a quality-related issue or fails to function as intended within this period, we offer free replacement or return. Please note that we do not cover any additional costs or indirect losses beyond the product itself.
Damage Claims
If you receive a product that is damaged or leaking, please contact our support team by email and provide:
- A clear video or photos showing the damaged or leaking areas
- Your order number
We require this visual documentation in order to properly assess the issue and submit it to our product quality team for review. Claims must be submitted within the warranty period to be eligible.
Quality Assurance
All products are thoroughly inspected by our quality assurance team before leaving the warehouse. This includes checks on functionality, external appearance, packaging, and included components.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty will be voided under the following circumstances:
- Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or reconstruction of the product
- Damage caused during the installation process
- Improper use, installation, or maintenance contrary to provided instructions
- Damage not caused by manufacturing defects
- Products that have exceeded the one-year warranty period
- Slight dimensional deviations due to manual measurements
Important Note
Please also keep in mind that aluminum components may naturally oxidize over time, depending on environmental conditions and usage patterns. This is a normal characteristic of the material and not considered a defect.
