    Q: Is this radiator only for the 6-cylinder Nova, or can I use it for my V8 model?

    We sold the portion of the company that made thermostat in December 2017. We no longer make, service, or troubleshoot them. Chandler Autosport bought us out and is no longer in business as far as we know unfortunately.

    My tracking number doesn't work!

    1. Label & Tracking Initiation:
    Shipping labels are generated only after orders are fully packaged, weighed, and sealed to ensure accuracy. Tracking updates depend on the carrier's initial scan during pickup. Occasionally, delays occur if the driver fails to scan the package upon collection, which may result in no tracking updates until the delivery stage.

    2. Delivery Assurance Protocol:
    While un-scanned packages rarely go missing, we advise allowing up to two weeks from the shipment date for delivery completion before escalating the issue. This grace period accounts for potential carrier processing delays.

    3. Lost Package Resolution:
    If your package remains undelivered 14 days after the shipping date, contact us immediately at Sales@gearacing.com. We will initiate a carrier investigation and arrange a replacement if necessary.

In most cases, the carrier may have delivered to a neighboring address or marked the package prematurely while it remains in transit for final delivery within 1-2 business days. With hundreds of orders processed daily, locating and altering individual packages would require halting production lines for disassembly, adding significant delays and operational risks.
