Buying Guide – Frequently Asked Questions
How do I figure out the right radiator for my car?
Start by entering your vehicle's year, make, and model into the search bar on the GEA Racing website. Then, check the compatibility chart in the product description to verify if the radiator fits your vehicle.
Core size is critical. We strongly recommend measuring the height and width of your existing radiator. It might be a bit of a hassle, but doing this can help you avoid ordering the wrong model and going through the exchange/refund process. Pay close attention to the inlet/outlet locations and whether a transmission oil cooler is included or required for your application.
Are your auto parts new?
Yes – all of our parts are 100% brand new and never used.
Are these radiators direct-fit replacements?
Unless otherwise noted, our radiators are direct replacements for OEM parts. They are designed for easy installation with no modifications required.
What if I can't find the part I'm looking for?
We stock thousands of parts, but we may not have every item for every vehicle. If you're having trouble locating a part, please feel free to contact us at sales@gearacing.com — we're happy to help.
Delivery Questions
Which couriers do you use?
We primarily ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS for U.S. orders. For Australia, we use Australia Post. In Europe, orders are fulfilled using DHL and PPL. A tracking number will be provided after dispatch.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped 1–3 business days after confirmation.
How long does delivery take?
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Australia: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 4–9 business days
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately, our couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
Can I request expedited shipping?
We're sorry, expedited shipping is currently not available. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please allow extra delivery time.
Returns and Refunds
Is there a warranty?
Yes. GEA Racing products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Do you accept returns?
Yes – most of our products are covered under a no-questions-asked return policy, as long as the item is unused and undamaged. For specific product policies, please refer to the individual product page or visit our Return Policy page.
How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. For full details, see the "Cancellation of Sale" section on our Return Policy page.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect the packaging upon delivery. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt. Should your item arrive damaged, email photos to sales@gearacing.com and we'll take care of it immediately.
