Shipping & Return Policy – GEA Racing

Does GEA Racing have free shipping?

Yes – We offer free shipping within the United States and Australia on all orders with no minimum spending required. This excludes remote regions such as Alaska and Hawaii. We are currently unable to ship to Guam, and the Virgin Islands.

Where can the products be delivered?

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and EU countries. Inventory is stored in our U.S., Australian, Czech, and Spanish warehouses, and shipments are fulfilled from the nearest warehouse.

We do not deliver to: Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, PR addresses, or military addresses.

Are taxes included in the product price?

Yes – The listed sales price includes both sales tax and transportation tax. You will not be charged any additional fees beyond the displayed price.

Which carriers do you use and what is the estimated shipping time?

We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on your location. We always select the fastest available service. Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 3–9 business days
  • Australia: 3–9 business days
  • United Kingdom, Germany, France: 3–9 business days

Processing Time:

  • In-stock items: 1–2 business days

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. A tracking number will be sent to your email upon dispatch. Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. PO Box addresses are not accepted.

If you have not received your order after 4 weeks, please contact us. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.

Can I change my shipping address?

Orders can only be modified within 60 minutes of placement and during customer service hours (Mon–Fri, 2pm–10pm EST) by emailing sales@gearacing.com. Orders outside these times may already be in fulfillment and cannot be changed.

If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will try up to 3 times and then hold your package at a FedEx or UPS office for 5 days before returning it to us.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. For tracking issues, contact us at sales@gearacing.com.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a GEA Racing product, you may return it within 60 days for a full refund. By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.

Return Policy – When do we accept returns?

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product malfunction – If the item is defective or damaged during transit.
  • Wrong item ordered – Customers may return or exchange items, but are responsible for return shipping in this case.
  • Wrong item shipped – We cover return shipping and offer either a replacement or a full refund (including shipping/handling fees).
  • Other special cases – Contact us to explain your situation.

Please check product fitment carefully before purchasing. If unsure, contact us for confirmation.

Required information for returns:

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or faulty item
  • Clear photo of the shipping label on the package
  • Return receipt or proof of purchase

When do we NOT accept returns?

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer (non-quality related)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation
  • Used or unsanitary items
  • Items not purchased from gearacing.com

Items must be returned with all accessories and packaging. Missing items may result in deductions.

Return Process

  • Contact sales@gearacing.com to start a return. Do not ship without approval.
  • Retain your tracking number – we are not responsible for lost returns.
  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect on your original payment method.

Return Shipping Fees

GEA Racing will cover return shipping if the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. If the return is due to personal preference or incorrect ordering, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations

All orders are processed electronically and sent to our warehouse immediately. You must cancel your order within 60 minutes of receiving the confirmation email. After this window, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Orders can be canceled via the order confirmation email or by contacting sales@gearacing.com during support hours (Mon–Fri, 2pm–10pm EST).
